yes, i've found that besides the spaniards and the french, the central europeans are still rocking the briefs.

This is true, Europeans are definitely still into briefs in a greater way than we Brits (myself excepted!)I think that even that stalwart of white briefs..Tim Henman succumbed to boxerbriefs in the end
