Kei does not wear briefs and hasn't done so based on all of the pictures I have seen. Unfortunately, that's the bar for inclusion in the archives and the blog. That's why players like del Potro aren't included, even though they are hot as well.
Nonetheless, I can do some research to see if he wore them some time ago before he really came to prominence.
